Digital downloads such as printable tarot decks or other printable products are not refundable but please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any issues and we will try to help you.
Digital products are provided as PDFs contained within a ZIP file. The download link to the ZIP file will be emailed to you shortly after purchase, and a link is included after the payment screen. Downloads must be downloaded within three days (72 hours) of purchase when the download link expires, you may download a maximum of three times within this window.
Downloaded files, download links to the files, or the printed files made with them may not be shared, edited, distributed or sold. All files © Lila Hunnisett. Product and file usage strictly limited to the purchaser only. Thank you for understanding!
Digital products, tarot and oracle decks and their related materials are for entertainment purposes only. No tarot or oracle card reading is 100% accurate. Professionals should be sought for expert advice in all medical, legal and other matters.
Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information and content provided, no liability can be accepted by Lila Hunnisett Design for any loss occasioned to any person entity acting or failing to act as a result of anything contained in or omitted from the content of any tarot or oracle deck or other digital downloads, and related materials, or acting or failing to act as a result of readings made with the deck.
Prints are printed to order, and as we outsource this to our trusted art printers on a ‘by order’ basis, dispatch can take up to 7 working days from ordering while they are being created, then they will be posted to you (see below for estimates of delivery times). If you have a priority order you want us to dispatch more urgently please email email@example.com and we will let you know if it is possible. There may be an additional charge.
Custom tarot designs may take 7 working days or longer from order date to ship, and handmade artwork may be shipped more quickly, although please see product description for an idea of estimated shipping times.
We cannot accept any liability whereby an item is delivered later than anticipated but will do our utmost to fulfil shipping estimates and ensure you are happy. In the event that a product does not arrive within 30 days (UK) or 40 days (worldwide) and, after reasonable checks with the courier to check their dates, we will of course send another as soon as we are able, or refund you as quickly as we can.
Shipping within the UK:
After the item has been produced (production can take up to 7 days from the point of order), it will be shipped to you. Most items are sent by Royal Mail first or second class delivery, using tracked postage where possible, or by Royal Mail recorded delivery for higher price items. After dispatch, the approximate shipping times for Royal Mail are between 1 – 5 days depending on the postage class used. Greetings cards, small prints and originals up to A3 size are sent in “do not bend” board backed envelopes with additional cardboard layers to ensure robustness and to avoid potential bending, or if indicated, in strong cardboard tubes. They will also be protected within by cellophane and / or protective paper. Larger products are sent rolled in custom made postal tubes that are robust and have a wide diameter ensuring the artwork is not too tightly rolled. We reserve the right to use alternate packaging and shipping methods to those listed above.
Larger than A3 size prints or original artworks may be sent by courier, we will confirm your shipping details, tracking information and courier when you order. Depending on the type of artwork, it may be sent flat or rolled, depending on which will better protect it.
We sometimes use our trusted printer partners to fulfil some UK, European and international orders, with them printing and shipping items directly from their premises within the country of origin. This helps to keep delivery times, costs and environmental impact down. They may use alternative methods of postage to that described above, and this may affect delivery lead times. Tracking information will be provided where possible, although we do not guarantee this.
shipping delivery dates and express delivery (both UK and worldwide):
We cannot guarantee a delivery day or time, and accept no liability for items arriving later than their anticipated delivery date, although if you want to specify express shipping, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as we may be able to arrange this for an additional fee.
We will attempt to notify you of an approximate arrival date after your order has been received (but please contact us at email@example.com if for any reason you do not receive this email). Should your order fail to arrive within two weeks (UK) or four weeks (Europe/rest of the world) of the estimated arrival dates, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to track the item down or replace as soon as we can. Please be patient, as we have a minimum delivery timeframe that we work to in order to investigate missing items, and we may ask you to wait a bit longer depending on the postage method.
Shipping outside the UK:
We will either ship overseas, posting items from the UK or in some cases, we use our trusted printer partners to print and fulfil orders; our partners may undertake shipping on our behalf. This helps to keep delivery costs affordable for international customers, and reduces international shipping delays or issues, as well as helps prevent against the environmental impact of unnecessary international shipping from the UK.
After we have dispatched the goods, delivery can take any time from 5 – 10 working days (Europe) up to three weeks plus (rest of the world) – and sometimes longer, depending on international postage and delivery services. Please bear in mind our items are printed to order, so this may impact the fulfilment time. Tracking information will be supplied to the customer once the order has dispatched, if we have this provided to us by the printers and only if it is available. We cannot guarantee a delivery day or time, and accept no liability for items arriving later than their anticipated delivery date, although if you want to specify express shipping, please contact us as we may be able to arrange this for an additional fee.
Larger prints or original artworks may be sent by courier, using an express shipping solution. They will usually be shipped within 7 working days. Again please email us at email@example.com if you need a more urgent shipping solution, for which there may be an additional charge, if we are able to do this.
Duties and Taxes
All orders shipped outside of the UK, including to the EU, US and rest of the world, may be subject to duties and import taxes. The customer has the responsibility to pay these. You will be billed directly by the customs office of the destination country.
Please note that due to the differences in how colours appear in print vs how they appear on-screen, the exact printed colours you receive may vary from what you see on screen. Please note all monitors display colours slightly differently which may also impact any differences you perceive between the printed goods and the on-screen image. We also outsource our prints to a number of high quality printers, both in the UK and overseas, so there may be some differences in the production process and thus the end results, although we only work with our trusted international partner printers whose print quality we have already vetted, and please contact us if there is an issue with your print.
Some prints and all original artworks are hand signed in pencil by the artist (when shipped directly by the artist), however if you have purchased a print that is being printed overseas or shipped direct from the printers, it will not be hand signed, but will instead have a small signature printed onto the design as part of the artwork. In the case of numbered limited editions these will either be hand numbered in the UK, or numbered by our trusted printing partners who will ensure the correct print edition number is applied.
Please also note that our trusted printing partners abroad may occasionally necessitate a change of the paper type used, according to the country and printers being used and what is available. We will always endeavour to let you know if this is the case. In any case we only request the use of the highest quality archival fine art papers, so you will receive a quality product, depending on what is available at your nearest printing partner.

We cannot accept returns on any prints or tarot or oracle decks as they are printed to order, unless they arrive damaged, in which case we will replace with a new order of the same item. Paintings, originals and other art pieces may also not be returned unless they arrive damaged. Bespoke pieces and prints are made to order so we cannot refund costs unless items are damaged. We do our very best to pack and ship the items in perfect condition. Please take care when your item arrives not to cause any damage whilst you unpack it.
If your item arrives in a faulty condition then please email email@example.com ASAP and if possible please provide photos of the damage. We will endeavour to replace your item as quickly as possible (unless it is an original artwork and unable to be replaced). We will provide you with the return address ASAP and details of how to ship back to us. All returned items must be returned in original condition you received it in.
When sending an item back to us please use a trackable shipping method so you can track the status of your return and be ensured that it has definitely returned safely to us.
custom sizes and amendments
Sometimes we are able to make a custom print or artwork size as per your requested specification. We can also add names or other text on some designs. These may be subject to an appropriate fee. Please contact us for more information.

When new customers sign up to the newsletter via the subscription form (see footer or contact page for the sign up form) a special discount code for your first order is sometimes available. Just one discounted order per customer is allowed, only applicable to your first order. The discount code may not be reused for another email account at the same postal address (if this rule is breached we reserve the right to refund and cancel your order). The discount is only applicable to certain (non-sale or non-offer) goods and not shipping costs. We reserve the right to remove and cancel our discount codes at any point – past discount codes may not be used later if we have removed the discount from our website. We reserve the right to cancel, refund and refuse any sale if we have good reason to believe any discount code is being used illegally or unfairly.
changing stock and order cancellation
Although we do our very best to fulfil every order, should an order no longer be able to be fulfilled, for any reason, such as being out of stock or discontinued, or any other reason, we reserve the right to refund and cancel any order. We will notify you as soon as possible by email if this is the case.
